Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of FireBattle, including the FireBattle website, Android app, Free Fire tournament features, custom-room contests, wallet, rewards, withdrawals, leaderboard, referral features, and customer support services.
By using FireBattle, you agree to these terms and to any tournament rules, fair-play rules, payment instructions, and policy updates shown in the app or website. If you do not agree, do not use FireBattle.
Use of FireBattle
- FireBattle provides Free Fire tournament discovery, custom-room match participation, wallet, rewards, leaderboards, and withdrawal-related services.
- You are responsible for providing accurate account, payment, and withdrawal information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must follow all tournament rules, room instructions, match timings, result-submission instructions, and fair-play requirements shown in the app.
Eligibility and Local Laws
- You may use FireBattle only if you are legally eligible to participate in online gaming contests in your state, country, or region.
- You must not use FireBattle where paid gaming contests, rewards, or withdrawals are restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
- FireBattle may restrict, suspend, or close access where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Wallet, Payments, Rewards, and Withdrawals
- Deposits, bonuses, winnings, referral rewards, and withdrawals are shown in the app wallet and transaction history for user convenience.
- Withdrawals may be reviewed for eligibility, fraud checks, payment-gateway status, tournament-result verification, and compliance requirements.
- FireBattle may reverse, hold, or reject rewards or withdrawals connected to cheating, duplicate accounts, invalid details, suspicious activity, chargebacks, or rule violations.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, hacking, teaming where prohibited, fake screenshots, emulator abuse where restricted, multiple-account abuse, payment fraud, and harassment are not allowed.
- Users must not attempt to manipulate leaderboards, match results, referral rewards, wallet balances, or withdrawal systems.
- Violation of fair-play rules may result in disqualification, reward cancellation, account suspension, wallet hold, or permanent ban.
Service Availability and Changes
- FireBattle may update, pause, remove, or change tournaments, rewards, fees, payout methods, app features, and website content at any time.
- We try to keep the service reliable, but outages, maintenance, payment delays, third-party issues, or technical problems may occur.
- The website and app information is provided for general service use and may be updated to reflect new features, rules, or policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FireBattle is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service failures, internet issues, device problems, payment-gateway delays, or losses caused by user rule violations or incorrect information provided by users.
